Nancy Galo is the newest addition to the Velasquez Law Group as a paralegal to Amy and Sangeetha. Proud of her Latina roots, Nancy was born in Galveston, Texas, but raised in Georgia. Growing up in a bilingual household along with her two younger siblings, Nancy has always considered law to be very interesting and hopes to one day practice it. She is a strong pro-immigration activist and is willing to lend a helping hand in her community.

 

She earned her Bachelor's of Social Sciences degree in Mass Communications and Spanish with an Advertising Certification from the University of West Georgia in April of 2014. While at UWG, she was a member of the Latino Cultural Soceity and co-founded the first and only Latino sorority, Lambda Theta Alpha, on campus. She volunteers for the Latinos Unidos of Carroll County and is an active member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.
